Advanced Battery Technologies, Inc., with headquarter located in Manhattan, New York, executive offices located in Beijing, China and three industrial parks in mainland China, is committed to the clean energy field and related product development. ABAT through its three subsidiaries– Harbin Zhongqiang Power Tech Inc., Dongguan Qiang Qiang Amperex Tech. Co. Ltd. and Wuxi Zhongqiang/Angell Auto Cycle Co., Ltd engages in the design, manufacture, marketing and distribution of rechargeable polymer lithium-ion (PLI) batteries and the production of Light Electric Vehicles (LEV’s) respectively.

Each of the facilities specializes in various products. Our facilities at the Harbin campus manufacture medium and large capacity rechargeable polymer lithium-ion (PLI) batteries and are located in the Economy & High-Tech Development Zone of Shuangcheng, which is a suburb of Harbin which is in the Heilongjiang Province in the PRC about 1000 km northeast of Beijing. Our facilities at Wuxi manufacture light electric vehicles (e-bikes & e-scooters), motors, controllers and moldings and are located in Wuxi City in Jiangsu province, China about 100 kilometers West of Shanghai. In the year 2011, the company proudly opened our newest high-tech facility in Dongguan, China to manufacture mostly small capacity polymer lithium-ion batteries. Dongguan Qiang Qiang Amperex Tech. Co. Ltd. is located in Qingxi town in the city of Dongguan in the Guangdong Province.

Advanced Battery Technologies, (PINK SHEETS: ABAT) Inc. is a holding company with one direct subsidiary: Cashtech Investment Limited, a British Virgin Islands corporation. Cashtech Investment Limited is, in turn, a holding company with three subsidiaries: Advanced Battery Technologies, Inc. was founded in September 2002, and through its three wholly owned subsidiaries develops, manufactures, markets and distributes rechargeable Polymer Lithium-Ion (PLI) batteries and light electric vehicles (LEV). The Company’s products include rechargeable PLI batteries for use in electric cars, electric buses, light electric vehicles (e-scooters and e-bikes), miners lamps, notebook computers, handheld communicators, smart phones, tablets and other electronic devices. Additionally, ABAT manufactures a line of 40 + models of electric scooters and electric bicycles as well as component parts. ABAT’s batteries combine high-energy chemistry with state-of-the-art polymer technology to overcome many of the shortcomings associated with other types of rechargeable batteries. ABAT’s line of light e-vehicles have superb performance and we are well-positioned to capitalize on the increasing global adoption of LEV’s over the coming near term as well as five to ten year period.
