BYME Engineering (HK), a member of the Bouygues Construction Group, was founded in 1990 in Hong Kong and expanded its operations to Macao, Singapore, the Middle East and Central Asia as BYME International.

It has a comprehensive experience in carrying out the engineering, procurement and construction of cost effective, energy efficient and innovative MEP packages for large-size, fast-track and complex projects including renovation projects.

With a wide range of technical expertise, BYME integrates energy performance over the whole life-cycle of its clients’ properties. It brings them customised solutions for sustainably performing systems & facilities which aim at providing energy and financial savings while guaranteeing the best levels of comfort.

BYME is a Qualified Service Provider (QSP) for Energy-cum-carbon Audit Projects and also a member of the Hong Kong Building Energy Assessment Method (HK BEAM) Society. We have been using the BEAM Plus, and other international assessment methods e.g. BCA Green Mark in Singapore, LEED to help our clients to obtain or benchmark their premises. We have achieved the Green Mark Platinum and Gold Plus Awards in Tampines Grande and Concourse Office Building Projects respectively. We are making every endeavour to promote sustainability through innovative ideas including the introduction of new and renewable energy that benefit the people, the society and the environment.

To ensure our business to respect the environment, we have carried out Energy Audit in accordance with the EMSD energy guidelines etc. within our head office, site offices, other subsidiary companies and our client to investigate the shortfalls and recommend solutions to achieve energy savings.
