BEE is a sustainability consulting and green materials procurement company based in Shanghai and Hong Kong that helps projects all over the world achieve their sustainability targets in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

We have three primary business departments:

- Engineering Consultancy: we have a full staff of multi-cultural engineers in house trained in computerized building simulations that aim to identify sound technical solutions for the improvement of sustainability of your project. Among the services offered are: energy modeling, daylight & artificial light simulations, thermal modeling (CFD), acoustical simulations, LEED/BEAM/China 3-Star Certification, energy auditing, and commissioning.

- Procurement Services: using our extensive database and network on the Mainland, or trading team focuses on identifying the most optimal sustainable solutions for a specific project, locating a local supplier for these, conducting a full company evaluation and product QC, and finally procuring the individual solutions on time and on budget.

- Social Sustainability Consulting: because green buildings are not just about technical solutions, our team also delivers CSR planning and Social Impact Assessment (SIA) services for projects that seek to have positive social influence and communicate this to their stakeholders.

We focus solely on making building projects holistically more sustainable - within the time and budget of any project type.

As a philosophy, BEE will not be a company that simply LEED “credit chases.” Our services include deep thought and analysis that truly improve the buildings instead of just seeking points. This is not what LEED is about and we firmly believe that it is this very point that differs BEE from our competitors.
